We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.

At least 48 hours' notice is requested to cancel pre-booked driving lessons, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.

All lessons must be paid for in advance by bank transfer or payment through the app. Card and cash payments are accepted by prior agreement and must be paid in advance.

Pre-booked lesson packages may be booked at a discounted rate. In the event that any hours remain unused a refund may be provided. In calculating the amount to be refunded all hours already used will be charged at the standard hourly rate and not the discounted rate.

Unused hours from pre-booked packages will expire 3 calendar months from purchase unless agreed otherwise in advance.

A driving test must only be booked with the agreement of the Driving Instructor. Booking a driving test is not a guarantee that the student will be test-ready by that date.

The Driving Instructor will only provide a tuition vehicle for the purpose of taking the driving test if they consider the student to be of a sufficient standard so as to successfully pass the test. If the Driving Instructor does not consider the student to be test-ready, then the test date may need to be changed or cancelled. The decision of the Driving Instructor in this matter is final.

Practical tests can be booked through the driving school; payment of the test fee must be made within 24 hours of the booking confirmation being issued.

Students may book their own test date however the availability of the Driving Instructor cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of an unsuccessful attempt the student is required to maintain an appropriate level of practice ahead of any re-test. A schedule will be agreed with the Driving Instructor. Where a student does maintain the agreed level of practice, the Driving Instructor may not provide the tuition vehicle for the purposes of taking the re-test.

The driving school operates a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of bullying, harassment, and discrimination along with all forms of unreasonable behaviour. Driving lessons may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Driving Instructor.

The student is responsible for obeying the Highway Code at all times and is therefore wholly liable for any fines, penalty points or prosecution as a consequence of their driving.
